The United States has offered a $10 million reward for information on Mojtaba Khamenei, Iran’s new Supreme Leader, and other senior figures in the regime. Collecting crucial intelligence-essential to continuing the Epic Fury operation-is a central element of the confrontation with Tehran. Rewards of up to $10 million have been announced. The most-wanted list includes more than Khamenei: a post from “Reward for Justice,” affiliated with the U.S. State Department, also names Supreme National Security Council head Ali Larijani, Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib, and Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni.
“These individuals command and direct various units of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which plan, organize and carry out terrorist acts worldwide,” the statement says. “If you have information about these or other senior IRGC leaders,” it adds, “please submit it through our dedicated Tor submission portal or via Signal. Your information may qualify you for a financial reward and relocation assistance.”
“Khamenei is alive, in some way…”
The circumstances of Khamenei’s condition remain unclear. The Supreme Leader, reportedly wounded in raids by Israel and the United States early in the conflict, has so far remained out of public view; the only public sign was a written statement broadcast by state television. British press reports say the 56-year-old leader is hospitalized and may have undergone an amputation. “I think he is injured, but I believe he is somehow still alive,” former President Trump told Fox News Radio. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth described Tehran’s message as weak, saying, “We know the not-so-supreme leader is injured and likely disfigured.” He questioned why there was only a written statement and no audio or video, noting that Iran has many cameras and recorders.
“The regime will fall; we will strike hard next week”
Trump said he expects the regime to collapse. “We have removed Iran’s leadership twice. The second time they were meeting to select the Leader. Now they’re searching for a leader for the third time: they say it’s Khamenei’s son, but no one knows where he is,” the U.S. president said, expressing confidence the regime will fall “but possibly not immediately.” He said a popular overthrow in Iran is “likely” but “perhaps not right away,” noting that Revolutionary Guard units and security forces patrol with machine guns, shoot, and warn protesters that they will be seized in the streets – a major obstacle for unarmed demonstrators. The situation could change soon: “We’ll strike them very hard over the next week,” Trump predicted. He repeatedly said the war could end quickly, adding that he will “decide on instinct.”
