Iran, capo esercito: “30.000 dollari per ogni militare Usa catturato o ucciso”

Iran International, a London-based outlet close to the opposition, reports that Amir Hatami said the funds would be provided by “the Iranian people.”

Iran has placed a bounty on U.S. service members. The commander-in-chief of Tehran’s army said any Iranian who captures or kills an American soldier will receive a reward of $30,000. Iran International reports that Amir Hatami stated the funds would come from “the Iranian people.”

Previously, Iranian officials have proposed bounties targeting U.S. President Donald Trump. On May 15, MP Ebrahim Azizi, chair of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, announced a draft bill that would offer a €50 million reward for Trump’s assassination.
