The Ukrainian president posted a video on X showing tall columns of smoke from reported air strikes, saying: “Ukraine’s long-range strikes today hit designated targets that support and finance Russia’s war.” Zelensky said units of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) simultaneously struck three oil depots in Russia’s Stavropol region and added that there were “direct hits” on three tankers of Russia’s shadow fleet in the Black Sea.
