Donald Trump has agreed to grant Ukraine licenses to produce missiles for Patriot air-defense systems. This was reported by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, according to the latest news on Wednesday, July 29.

Speaking with Fox News, the head of state added that the U.S. president “has agreed to grant us the licenses, and then I met with representatives of the manufacturers, major U.S. defense companies. I hope we can move toward joint production.”

In the Fox News interview, the Ukrainian president said that “Putin is losing 30,000 soldiers a month. Those are heavy losses, but he does not want to stop this war. So now the initiative is no longer in Putin’s hands.”
