– The CIR allows eligible research-based companies, who are subject to corporate tax in France, the opportunity to claim tax relief on 30 percent of all R&D expenses generated from services outsourced to Brooks’ BioStorage GMBH in Germany. The biobanking facility is located in Griesheim Germany and the bioprocessing laboratories are located in Pfungstadt Germany, both of which are near Frankfurt.
